Wafra 2’s mission is to invest in and nurture companies that are driving financial innovation and digital transformation in the region, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
S&P provided a full suite of legal services to Wafra 2, leveraging our extensive experience in the venture capital and fintech sectors. Our role included providing strategic advice on target fund structuring, assisting with regulatory matters, drafting SAFE Notes and Shareholders Agreements (SHAs), and guiding the fund through its various investment transactions.
We are proud to have guided Wafra 2 in the deployment of SAR 50m in 2024 in more than 12 deals. We continue to support Wafra 2 through the double downs on their portfolio, exit deals, and multiple venture building startups throughout 2025.
