Shehata &amp; Partners has successfully pleaded that a shareholder may not be entitled to raise a dispute against the company itself unless the general assembly of the said company approves such a procedure in advance. Our pleading was based upon the provisions of the Articles of Association (&#8220;<strong>AoA<\/strong>&#8220;) of the said company.
