Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Handle expense reporting and invoices.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
