On the 23rd of June 2020, Shehata & Partners Law Firm was able to grab another crucial win in a shareholders’ dispute concerning a Real Estate company before the Cairo Economic Court. Shehata & Partners has successfully pleaded that a shareholder may not be entitled to raise a dispute against the company itself unless the general assembly of the said company approves such a procedure in advance. Our pleading was based upon the provisions of the Articles of Association (“AoA“) of the said company. Shehata & Partners’ team in this case was led by both partners Dr. Nour Shehata & Mohamed Osama.
