Our recent performance highlights the effectiveness of our strategic approach, which has saved our clients billions in claims:
- 9-Year Dispute Resolved: We successfully concluded a multi-year dispute for a major food industry client. By the time of the final resolution, the client settled for USD 150,000, a small fraction of the bank’s USD 28 million claim (representing less than 1% of the original demand).
- Successful Debt Restructuring: Following a lengthy legal dispute, we negotiated an in-kind settlement of EGP 26 million to completely satisfy a debt obligation of nearly half a billion EGP.
- Overturning Landmark Criminal Verdicts: In an unprecedented success, our team took over a case post-conviction involving an alleged EGP 5 billion misappropriation. We successfully challenged the judgment, resulting in the overturning of a 25-year prison sentence and the cancellation of EGP 2 billion fine. We subsequently finalized a settlement with the bank for EGP 300 million.

These results are part of a broader trend of success for our firm. Over the past five years, we have successfully managed settlements totaling approximately EGP 10 billion.
Regardless of the case’s complexity, our approach remains consistent: we aim for settlements that effectively minimize client liability. In our most complex matters, we have consistently secured outcomes where settlements did not exceed 7% of the claimed amounts, with the majority of these cases being finalized at between 1% and 5%.
